We’ve recently changed our business model and no longer offer our bespoke, fully custom service that included a live consultation, first draft, and multiple revisions. What we can offer you is our Review by an Expert service or any of our toolkits that are specific to your situation. Read on to learn more about these options.

Each toolkit comes with both a PDF e-book to walk you through each step plus a Word file so you can personalize to your heart’s content.
Our Ceremony Toolkit comes with one fully-formed wedding ceremony in the PDF e-book that walks you through every step of customizing the wedding ceremony provided (including suggestions for alternate readings, ideas for fun add-ons, and day-of FAQs), as well as a Word file of the ceremony itself so that you can personalize to your heart's content!
How does your Review by an Expert service work?
This option is perfect for you if you’ve written something but you need a little help finishing it off. Send over your draft, tell us what’s not working (and what is!), and we’ll send back a revised version of your draft and then work with you to make sure the words are perfect.
Is it ok for me to get help with something so personal?
Absolutely. You ask for professional help for all the other parts of your wedding (like flowers, catering, and cake) because you want them done right. Vows, speeches, and ceremonies are no different. With our Review by an Expert service, we help you by smoothing out and organizing your words to extract the most important sentiments in a cohesive piece that flows smoothly and tells your unique story. There’s no shame in wanting something so important to be perfect or getting the help you need to make sure it is. These folks did, and they’re feeling good about it.
What kind of people do you generally work with?
That’s one of our favorite things: we get to work with all kinds of people from all around the world. Our experienced has backed up our belief that #loveislove no matter what it looks like. We even created a pride edition of our wedding ceremony toolkit with gender inclusive language for couples who don’t identify as “bride” and “groom” so that everyone can craft a thoughtful, unique ceremony.
I’m nervous about public speaking. Help?
You’re in luck. We offer our complimentary coaching tips to help you prepare for the big day so you can conquer the jitters and feel confident in your delivery.
I’m not telling anyone that I’m getting help from a Muse. Can you keep a secret?
Yep, we sure can. Many of our clients prefer not to tell their family, friends, and sometimes even their partner that they’re using us. While we love when clients shout our praises (or Yelp it), we totally understand when discretion is preferred and are happy to make it our little secret.
My wedding is soon. Do you do rush jobs?
Yes! If services are booked very close to the due date, we charge a rush fee, as indicated on our individual service pages.
How far in advance can I book?
As far as you like! We welcome bookings well in advance for those who like to get all the planning done early.
I want something totally off the wall. Can you help?
Yes! We love unique projects. If you want something that’s not listed in our services section, send us a note so we can discuss.
What about eulogies, anniversary toasts, corporate speeches?
Yes yes yes. If you want to speak it, we can revise it. We’ve even been known to edit dating profiles and LinkedIn bios.
Do you officiate weddings?
As much as we love joining you on the big day, we’re not currently offering our officiating services. Check out our vendor recs page for referrals.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, all payments are made through our website, which means you can pay using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
When do I pay?
We ask for a full payment before work begins.
Where are you based?
The foggy San Francisco Bay Area (hello, California). But we work with clients all over the country and internationally.
Do you work with clients outside San Francisco? How about international clients?
Absolutely! We work with clients all across the United States and internationally! We’ve worked with clients in Canada, Mexico, Panama, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, and Ireland (to name a few!) and are easily able to correspond using modern technology (with a bit of foresight about time differences). Please note: we currently only work and write in English.
